All-Star Weekend’s debut of the head-turning Nike Air Max 720 Women Saturn sparked some serious debate. But those who know, know that these aren’t made for the mass market — they’re an excellent offering for fashion-forward women with a unique enough style and confidence to pull ’em off. A true sneakerhead can appreciate that, and appreciate a well-made sneaker, even if it’s not to your personal tastes.
The shoe has already gained notoriety, being Nike’s tallest Air in history, surpassing last year’s Nike Air Max 720 Men. Aside from big Air, it’s futuristic design, use of new materials and an incredible set of colorways is a credit to Beaverton’s Air Max designers. “Color needs to strike a balance between amplifying the tech and making its own statement,” says Courtney Dailey, Nike VP of Color Design.
Following on from its muted nature-inspired pack later this month, the Nike Air Max 720 Sale is going bolder with this hellish-themed colorway set to hit stores next month. The time-tested combo of Black and Red is never dead for Nike Air Max 720 Cheap, who this time bring an inverse take on the classic, opting for a predominately red base. They’re not too shy on the use of black though, with contrasting hits arriving on all the plastic overlays and midfoot piece, with pops also arriving on the sock a lace-liner, tongue branding, and outsole. Underfoot we see a non-traditional splash of orange on the forefoot, and a small white Swoosh strikes the back tabs, completing the design. |
